Unfortunately I was again seriously injured Aug. 6 in Bulgaria during the second round of the Open Skynomad.
Turn too tight and too close of the launch. Asymmetric stall departure, the Mantra in “negative” and in "dead leaf, and a strong impact, low on the takeoff. The lombarian L1 vertebra seriously broken, just below the surgery material I got 30 months ago after my last accident in South Africa.
Rapatriement 6 days after in France, surgery one day after in Paris by the same surgery team as 30 months ago. Now at home, 3 months with a corset.
I’m disgusted, I’m really sick.
And I know I’ve already burned two jokers.
After my nasty accident in Cape Town 30 months ago, now the situation changed for me and I really don’t know if I’ll fly never again again…
The repetition of the thing is really hopeless…
